Hiroshi Yamaguchi, the grand chef and general manager of Kobe Kitano Hotel, was previously the chef the Kobe branch of
La Côte d'Or.
He returns to France for consultation at the head office once a year with chef "Bernard Loiseau" who has great trust in chef Yamaguchi.
The breakfast menu of La Côte d'Or. has been rated the world's No.1 and was offered to us by chef "Bernard Loiseau" for the commencement of our hotel. This has given the Kobe Kitano Hotel a unique status in the world.
